Foster Father arrested for sex crimes involving foster children
A Pearl River County man has been arrested and charged with sex crimes involving several of his foster children.
David Richard "Ricky" Faulkner, of Carriere, and his wife, Melissa, kept foster children from 1994 to 2006. They lived in both Hancock County and Pearl River County during that time, which resulted in Faulkner being hit with charges in both counties. The investigation began for Hancock County deputies on April 7, according to a news release.Read the rest in The Sun Herald.
