Thinking Parents 1: Tax Day!
March 27th, 2008 by COD

For those of you not in the US, April 15 is tax day for us. So it only seems natural that we kick off Thinking Parents by writing about taxes. The subject is:
Relative to the services that you receive from government, do you think you pay too much in taxes? Explain.

Please join in from other countries too. Some background on tax rates, etc may be useful to help us put your situation in context.

Put a link to your post on the
wiki page by April 15.

Also, spread the meme. Fee free to copy and paste this post if you are too lazy to write your own.

The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians has not said how the tribe’s proposed casino in Jackson County would provide funding for “schools, roads, public safety and other local needs,” but its contributions to communities surrounding its existing...

- Thursday Thirteen ~#14
13 things about April April is Confederate History Month. I wonder if Wal-mart will have a display in the aisle for Confederate History Month? The birthstone for April is the Diamond. April's flower is the Sweet Pea. "April showers bring May...
