Scylla Sunday

Can you see me up here in the sunshines. I have been snoopervising the beans. They finally got the Hummingbird Cottage to the point where Mommy can start planting things. She planted some Carolina Jessamine and Ballerina Rose Gaura in the flowerbed closest to the pond. We will show you pictures later. She also planted a passion vine in one of the other beds. It is suppose to have purple blooms but we will have to wait and see.

The Fennel has gone to seed in our herb bed.

I thinks this cactus has weird blooms.

I wonders what it will look like when it opens.

The Mom is very tired and busy lately so my apologizes if we don't get to visit. We will try to catch up with everyone just as soon as we can. I am sending Mommy to take a nap now and I thinks I will join her. ~Scylla

- Thursday In The Garden With Arty Mouse
Slightly out of focus picture of the Carolina Jessamine. The Rooster Violet, it is a wildflower that we likes a lot. It will bloom all winter, it seems to enjoy cold weather. I thinks this big clump of green is Shasta Daisies, they never bloomed so I...

- Working Wednesday By Artemisia
I  is sitting by the Sweet Shrub, if it ever blooms it is suppose to smell good. Something has been eating it's leaves. I told Mommy to spray it, I hope she followed my instructions.  Our Gaura looks gorgeous, it lived all winter,...

- Thursday In The Garden
Our Confederate Rose. We loves the pretty pink color.  The Lily Pads and some Wildflowers growing in the pond.  Fenris is looking for interesting Wildflowers for us.  The Sniffie Rose  One of the beds at the Hummingbird Cottage...

- Thursday In The Garden
Our regular Azalea. It is huge but it only blooms in the Spring. One of our Encore Azaleas it blooms all year, but it really had a tough time this winter. We thinks we may lose one of them. For some reason Mommy really likes this arrangement. The Golden...
