With Love
It's that time of year...
when we all get a little mushy around here.
The girls wanted to wish you all a very Happy Valentines Day...
and tell you that YOU are LOVED!!
As with any holiday...
we have a reason to dress up and celebrate...
and so that is just what we did!
Daphne and Chloe were quite curious about their attire.
Those hearts were on springs and they bobbed up and down
every time the girls moved their heads.
These two are just the best natured donkeys you could ask for.
They are game for just about any silly idea.
"Silly" comes quite naturally to donkeys!
I started handing out hearts to the horses and then realized that Moonbeam
thought they were edible treats.
Ollie's second heart is in Moonbeam's mouth.
(don't worry, I rescued it!)
If only I could have shown you a picture of Moonbeam's red sparkly tongue.
Doesn't Ollie's face say it all?
Today I will be celebrating Valentine's Day with Tyler's kindergarten class.
I baked these iced shortbread cookies for his party...
and will be helping out with the festivities.
As for our little pink fairy...
she donned her Valentine's red tutu to send you a little lovin' !
Can you believe she is 6 months old already?
Time flies...
make the most of each and every day, right?
Happy Valentine's Day from all of us here on the farm.
Please know how special you are to us...
your visits, your comments, your emails...
all the generous ways you share your love with us...
We send right back to you!!!
And if you need a sweetheart....
we have plenty to spare!
(as long as you don't mind 4 legs!)
