January Musings: The Carnival of Homeschooling Week 56

I can certainly relate to the January doldrums as it has been overcast here for weeks. I am feeling depressed and stressed without the sunshine I love, so it was great to have a chance to peruse January Musings: The Carnival of Homeschooling Week 56.

Christine starts the carnival with post about starting on the homeschooling path. Sechs Wochen Ferien tells about homeschooling in Germany. Then we have the Academic Resources, I love Math, Math Everywhere from Homeschool Hacks. Continuing with the flow are post about how homeschoolers incorporate homeschooling into their lives, and how it's possible to change paths. Elisheva has a terrific post on teaching Jewish History at Ragamuffin Studies . Then we encounter post about coming to the end of our homeschooling journey, with my eldest in college and Lord Epa turning 16 this certainly resonates with me. Broader Thoughts is a must read of thought provoking post, so go read the COH for yourself, and be sure to check out the post on Rules and Laws that affect Homeschooling while you are there. SB2380 will be of particular interest to Mississippi Homeschoolers, so stop by the Homeschool Cafe to read my post about it.
