I can't tell you how glad I am that I got to clean the pasture on Tuesday!
Because....
This is what I woke up to on Wednesday...


                                         Yes, another 4 inches of snow has fallen on the farm. 


We are back to square one.
Back to slipping and sliding, and frozen manure.


I spent a part of yesterday morning on this...

In honor of the single snow-less day that I got to enjoy,

as I visited with Daphne and Chloe.

You will see that making a video with these two gals is a bit difficult.
They are quite friendly and terribly nosey!

- A Boy, A Ball, A Whole Lot Of Fun
What is it about little boys and balls?  It must be genetic...even amongst the animal kingdom!  I found an exercise ball and blew it up for the "Littles".  Each morning, when they go out to the dry lot or the pasture, they run and play...

- My Work Crew
I can never complain about a lack of available help for the farm chores.  It seems that most mornings I have more help than I need!  Finally, the snow has melted in the dry lot and the sawdust is once again visible.  This makes manure clean...
