A Beautiful Weekend
This past weekend was perfect.
The kind of weekend you tuck into your memory banks
in hopes of keeping it there forever...
accessible whenever you need it.
The weather was beautiful....
sunny, breezy, warm.
We started our weekend with a Cinqo De Mayo party
for the family.
Saturday we worked around the farm,
water-sealing outdoor furniture,
spreading mulch,
weeding the strawberry patch,
planting vegetables.
Sunday, Mother's Day, turned into a day of rest..
much needed, much appreciated.
With sweet, special time spent with Jenn and Tyler, Andy and Heather...
and of course our turkey friends!
Tyler discovered dandelions and had much to say on the subject....
