It Really Is....
...beginning to look a whole lot like Christmas around here!
I spent much of yesterday decorating for Christmas.
At this point I can show you the living room tree...
Woodland critters is the theme for the living room.
The mantle above the fireplace...
And the family room tree...
Everything silvery and sparkly ended up on this tree.
I still have more decorating to do...
it's a several-day process.
Afternoon chores brought a little tom-foolery in the donkey yard.
Daphne and Chloe wanted to chose their Christmas attire...
and so we played a little dress-up.
Chloe picked this big red bow...
(big enough to hide even a donkey's ears!)
And Daphne opted for the candy canes.
(Naturally...being my chubby gal... she preferred the treats!)
It all worked out quite splendidly...
neither wanted what the other was wearing...
until Chloe decided that perhaps those candy canes might taste good!
