Mississippi Loses Again


The number of states that charge full sales taxes on groceries is dwindling.

That's right. You lose. Mississippi is one of two states, along with Alabama, that levy the full-meal-deal sales tax on your meals.

All other states either exempt food or reduce tax on it. Some give credits or rebates.
