The goslings are growing up. They came very close to Mommy when she was in the Hummingbird Cottage.

Can you see the babies. They are camouflaged good in the grass.

Our geese are very well behaved but we are thankful it is only ONE family. Further down there is a pond full of geese. Mommy thinks this is where our Geese Family goes when they leave here.

Every year this one Goose and Gander stay at our pond and the Goose makes a nest on the island. They stick around for awhile after the goslings hatch and then they disappear. They have stayed longer this year then usual.

Goslings are so cute when they are little.

We are happy to report there are still six goslings. Sorry we couldn't get the entire family in a picture the goslings were moving around to much.  ~Scylla, reporting for Alasandra, The Cats & Dogs

- Mancat Monday By Socks
After the goslings hatched out they left the island and walked all over our yard looking for sweet grass to eat. We think it is amazing that baby goslings are born knowing how to swim and walk, we guess the only thing they can't do yet is fly. Being...
