I has some important stuffs to meow about today. First meow I want to remind everyone that cats can get Heartworms so it is just as important to give us a Heartworm Preventive as it is to give one to your doggies.
For years I used Revolution and we were very pleased with it. It protects against heartworms, fleas, ear mites, roundworms and hookworms in cats. Socks will still be using it. The deal was I has super thick fur so it is hard for Mommy to get down to my skin, plus once she starts to put it on I acts like it burns and get away from her. When Daddy is home to help and one person can hold me and one can apply the treatment it works fine, but when Mommy has to do it alone it is very hard for her to hold me and apply it, so she is afraid that it doesn't all get on me like it should.
So now I has a stylish Seresto® collar it protects against fleas and ticks for eight months. I am keeping it on good and it seems to be working well so far. I now takes HEARTGARD® (ivermectin) Chewables for Cats, Mommy is thrilled I likes the taste so they are very easy for her to give to me, she just puts it on the floor and I gobble it up. And since I am obese I gets two, Mommy is hoping I will lose enough weight that I will only have to takes one.
