Tuiren Woofs "Xylitol in peanut butter might KILL your dogs?"

We had no idea that PEANUT BUTTER COULD BE FATAL TO US! Me and Fenris were bummed to discover that not all human peanut butter is safe for us doggies to eat. Xylitol is used as a sugar substitute in human foods, including peanut butter. To dogs, Xylitol is extremely dangerous. Tiny amounts of the sweetener can cause a dangerous drop in blood sugar and can lead to liver failure.

Peanut butter brands it can be found in are (1) Go Nuts, Co., (2) Hank's Protein Plus Peanut Butter, (3) Krush Nutrition, (4) Nuts 'N More, and (5) P28. , so it is important that you always read labels. Of course, many brands you’d find in the supermarket aisle are perfectly fine.

We personally thinks that since it is so dangerous to us doggies and that humans often share their foods with us a warning should be placed on any product containing Xylitol.

Please go by Preventive Vet to read more and to sign petitions asking for warning labels. Please sign both petitions there is one for the FDA and on for manufacturers.

Thanks you,

Tuiren
