Alasandra's Book Club ~ The Burnt House by Faye Kellerman
Decker and Lazarus are back along with their family and friends. Decker has 2 murders to solve. The first involves a woman, Roseanne Dresden, whose husband claims she was on a doomed plane. Problem, there is no evidence she was on the flight and when Marge finds her cell phone under the couch there seems to be at least a chance that she wasn't aboard the doomed plane. Adding weight to her Step-Father's accusations that her husband killed her, her body hasn't been retrieved. The other is a woman's body that was found in the wreckage, problem her body has been hidden under the apartment for 30 years. Surprisingly enough Roseanne Dresden knew the unidentified woman's killer, and inadvertly it's their relationship that leads to his capture.
