Socks Visits Australia

I had a fantastic time in Australia with MoMo. I have never been to Australia before. We sat in a Jacarenda tree. They are very pretty trees. I wish we had one here.

When she comes to visit me we can sit in our live oak tree, down by the pond. It is HUGE! It is a sunny day here (finally) but cold, so it is a good time to spend some quality time outside. There isn't much blooming in the butterfly garden yet. The Queen Anne's lace is nice and green, the white azalea is fixing to bloom and there is a Camilla ready to bloom in a couple of days. Mainly I think we will spend some time in the woods where it is warmer and we can chase birds and squirrels to our hearts content. We might even see some rabbits. If we want to relax for a while we can sit in the sun on the picnic table.

- New Plants In The Butterfly Garden By Scylla

- The Whiskers Memorial Butterfly Garden
We are all still grieving over the loss of Whiskers. In order to honor his memory we have decided to create a butterfly garden around his grave site. He enjoyed being around his family and this will give us a peaceful spot to sit close to his grave and...
