Artemisia's Birthday & Thursday in the Garden
I am one years old today, so I gets to do our gardening post. After we tour the garden there are refreshments under the oak tree for us to enjoy. A Salmon Purr-day Cake, tuna, chicken, ham, cheese and egg dishes and plenty of fresh nip and milk for us to enjoy.
I likes the Hydrangeas. The soil is what gives them their color. These are planted close together but they are different colors ranging from light blue to purple. I am not sure which color I likes best.
These are planted close to the house and it is the first year they have done this well. They were here when Mommy & Daddy bought the house.
The Pineapple Sage is blooming. It has gotten very large.
Our neighbors Mimosa, we are hoping to get one next year for our yard.
Let's head down to the Butterfly Garden.
According to Grandma this is Queen Ann's Lace. Other people say it isn't but they can not tell us what it is.
This is a nice shady spot to relax.
This is also a good place to hunt for birds.
Although I doubt I'll catch many birds with Mommy hanging around taking my picture.
Stokes Aster & Yarrow. We love this bed, it is a vision in purple.
OK, let's PARTY!!!!!!
Be sure to stop by Jonesie's blog and visit her garden.

Tattle Tail Tuesday By Scylla
Hi everyone, Charybdis and I had a wonderful time hanging out this weekend with the Tortie Twins, Holly and Ivy. You can't imagine how much trouble four young girl cats can get up to. OK, maybe you can, but no photographs no evidence I say. Suffice...

In The Garden
The Nasturtium is blooming. This is the first time I have planted them so I didn't know what to expect. This is the Empress of India color. If they do well I may try to get some different colors next year and plant a bed of them. This is the Blue...

New Plants In The Butterfly Garden By Scylla
We didn't get to see the English Dogwood and the white Wisteria bloom last year, so we were thrilled to see them bloom this spring. Mommy, Daddy and youngest boy bean have been adding stuff to the Whiskers' Memorial Butterfly Garden. This is...
