Garden Delights

"No occupation is so delightful to me as the culture of the earth,
and no culture comparable to that of the garden."-- Thomas Jefferson

It seems there is nothing more peaceful to me than sitting in my garden,
with a barn cat on my lap....
watching plants grow,
and soaking in the positive energy that they exude.

I am amazed each morning as I water the garden
how much growth there is in just one day's time.

I have decided that of all the things that I do,
gardening is my favorite!
To watch our food grow,
knowing that we have raised it organically,
and then to be able to harvest it
and enjoy it's healthy sustenance
is the most rewarding thing I can think of.

Come with me and take a peak at how things have grown
since your last visit....
